Developing Effective Supervision

This training course is specifically designed for professionals who work in the care sector and supervise junior members of their teams. We will explore why effective supervision is important and what good quality supervision can add to the team. We will look at what is needed for effective supervision to occur and how supervision can be delivered. 

This training course will introduce the 4x4x4 model of supervision. We will support attendees to understand this model and who is effected by good supervision. We will enable attendees to understand how to give feedback during supervision and look at how to handle difficult conversations using appropriate case studies.
